Hang on, mate - forgot the skip?
The things that sink a job are rarely the bricks. Parking, a skip permit, where the waste goes, water, power, a toilet for the crew, protection of the customer's floors, the party wall, who tells the neighbours. JobBosh asks the relevant questions for the work you entered and turns every answer into a cost line, a supplier enquiry, a programme note or a sentence in the quotation.
What it does
- Each item has an answer: customer provides, I provide and price it, included in my price, not needed, or don't know yet. Open questions stay visible until you answer them.
- Legal duties are flagged as duties. A customer can provide the welfare facilities, but the duty stays with the contractor, and the app will not quietly write it away.
- The quotation's responsibilities section is written from these answers, so the customer sees exactly what is theirs and what is yours.
What it does not pretend
- JobBosh does not know your site. It asks; you answer. A question you skip is reported as open, never assumed.
- A parking fine is never a budget line.
